What are the fees for using Propriolocation?

Unfortunately, due to the requirements of Publication Quebec regarding the resale of leases, it is impossible for us to offer you a lower selling price. The government sells us each lease at a fixed price of 1.99$ even though it is produced electronically. In addition, we are charged a copyright fee on each lease produced. Added to the total price are the Notarius electronic signature fees, the transaction fees (credit cards and financial fees), the system fees (hosting, storage), the fees for maintaining the service (development, technical support and putting it on line) in addition to the legal expertise fees for the production of the exclusive documents of the CORPIQ (Schedules and Building Regulations).

For generating an electronic lease, the regular price is $8.29* / lease

Special volume prices

• 50 leases (12% discount) – $364.76 ($7.30* / lease)

• 100 leases (20% discount) – $663.20 ($6.63* / lease)

• 250 leases (30% discount) – $1450.75 ($5.80* / lease)

If you are a CORPIQ member, you get a 40% discount on the regular price.

*Included in the price

1.99 for the lease form required by Publications du Québec;

+ Publications Québec license fee for the copyright on each lease;

+ Notarius electronic signature affixed to each electronically signed lease;

+ System fees (hosting, storage, and maintenance);

+ Service fees (maintenance, development of improvements and technical support);

+ Legal expertise for CORPIQ’s exclusive documents (Schedules, Integrated Building Regulations) and other expert advice;
