I Can’t Connect to ProprioEnquête®, What Should I Do?

If you have recently changed your password, but cannot log in to ProprioEnquête®, your browser may have selected the wrong information. In this case, delete the saved password and re-enter it manually.

If your last password change dates from more than 6 months ago, you may need to choose a new one to ensure the security of your account. In this case, simply click on “Forgot Password” and enter your email and membership number before clicking “Submit”.

If you are still unable to access the system after completing these two steps, contact us at 1-800-548-1921.
