The landlord or his representative may also request a more in-depth investigation to obtain more information about you, such as :

• Your rental references: Identify and contact your known former landlords independently to provide reliable and verified references.
• Your employment references: Your employers are contacted to validate your employment statements (salary, status, etc.).
• Consultation of docket information: If you have obtained convictions, the report will show the number of judgments.
• Consultation at the Tribunal Administratif du Logement: Receipt of all cases concerning you at the Tribunal Administratif du Logement.
