How to produce the Relevé 31 2022 ?

Steps to follow

To generate your Relevé 31 statements, you'll need your preparer number and the numerical sequence issued by Revenu Québec. To receive it, follow this procedure.  If you have already generated your Relevés 31 with Proprio Expert in the past, reuse the same information. 

1. Go to the "Reports" tab and click on "RL 31 Slip" in the "Statements and déclarations" section.

2. Click on "Add" in the top right-hand corner.

3. Enter your preparer number under "Preparer number".

4. Make sure that the tax year is correct and that the "Declaration type" is "Original".

5. Under "Statement number", enter the first number in the sequence provided by Revenu Québec. You'll find this sequence in the same e-mail as your preparer number.

6. Select all your units (check "Apartment").

7. Click on "Finish".

8. Click on "Cancel".

9. Open the "Tenant statements" file to check that all information is correct.

10. Once validated, click on "Transmit". 

11. Click on "Transmit".

12. Answer "Yes" to the question to confirm that you wish to transmit your statements.

13. Once your statements have been approved by Revenu Québec, click on "Email" to send them to your tenants.

14. Click on "Send".

You have now generated and sent Statement 31.
