Activating the "Allow recipients to reply" option will allow you to follow the entire conversation in the proof report when your recipient replies to you via the Pronotif feed. We recommend that you activate this option, so that you have a history of everything in your proof report.
If your recipients still use the "Reply" option in their mailbox (even if you haven't activated the "Allow recipients to reply" option). The reply will be sent to the e-mail address you used to create your Pronotif account, so you won't have to worry about your messages getting lost or left unanswered. This way, you'll have a complete record of all communications sent and received, should you need to go to the Tribunal administratif du logement.
