How do I use a building regulation and annex template?

To use a template for annex or building regulations, it is very simple. 

For the building regulations, go to section E then click on the button "Modify Regulations" then select the customized template you want: 

For the annexes, it is the same principle. Go to the "Annexes" section and click on "Edit Annexes". Then, select the annex template you want to use and that's it!
