Why is it essential to conclude leases after all tenants/endorsers have completed their parts?

Once all tenant(s)/endorser(s) have signed their parts, you'll receive an e-mail to conclude the lease, which will redirect you to the application. Just press the blue "Conclude the lease" button and you're done! (You can also access the lease in question by logging directly into your ProprioLocation account).

If you prefer the paper signature, it's just as important to press the close button to make it easier to manage your leases in your lease dashboard. For better management, you can even import the paper lease with the handwritten signatures of the parties involved.
