You can only cancel your order before the end of the transaction. Once confirmed, the transaction can not be canceled or refunded. Further information is available in our Terms and Conditions.
Please note that no refunds are available on the purchase of a package.
Also, no refund applies if the user wants to edit a request that has already been proceeded.
Only transactions relating to data transmission errors from one of our service providers will be reimbursed.
